Boxcar Gallery Leftovers Art SALE 2011
Boxcar Gallery’s 2 Day Art SALE right before the holidays!
Exhibition Dates
1st Friday, Dec. 2nd from 6-10pm
Saturday, Dec. 3rd from 12-5pm
To enter please pay $5.00 per piece either here or in person at drop-off; we will accept artwork(s) of any media, 3D works welcome, READY TO HANG (d-hooks or wire only) no larger than 2’ x 2’ in any direction!

Artist drop-off is Thursday Dec. 1st, from 3:00-10:00pm
Artist pick-up is Sunday Dec. 4th, from 12:00-6:00pm
ALL works accepted, NO commission taken!
This is a salon style exhibition; artists are responsible for the labeling of pieces, please include artist name, title of work, media and price (may print labels) and hanging of ALL artworks. Boxcar will supply nails and hammers.
Boxcar Gallery will handle the sale of all art and provide the artist with monies at the end of the SALE
All art SOLD will be relased to buyer at the time of purchase
Please make arrangements with us in advance if you are unable to remove your art during the pick-up hours, as storage space is extremely limited. All art not picked up by Sunday, Dec. 4th at 6pm will be donated to charity.
By entering this exhibition I understand that the entry fee is non-refundable and does not guarantee the sale of any art. I understand that my work will be insured only while on premises and that I am responsible for transport of my work to and from the gallery. I understand that while all care will be taken with my art, Boxcar Gallery, and its agents are not responsible for poor craftsmanship or construction and reserve the right to remove any pieces from the exhibition for any reason.
